Fee has been making this forever and it's a staple on the menu in our shop. Serve with a simple side salad and a glass of dry white wine for a perfect easy lunch. 

To cook, spread generously on bread and pop in the oven, or under the grill, for 10 minuets or until piping hot. 

One pot serves two people.

Mature Davidstow Cheddar (Milk), Somked Haddock (Fish), Mayonnaise (Egg), Spring Onion, Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Smoked Paprika.
