Fee first discovered her love for cooking in 1980 when she trained at Leiths Cookery School. This was followed by working for some top London catering companies before she went and travelled the world. Back in London she went on to run a busy group of corporate city dining rooms alongside catering for corporate and private business in the West End. The Cornish move in 1999 is when Fee Turner Catering was born. Fee has a great love of parties and she values the importance of every meal however big or small. She always strives for honest, great looking food whether it is supper round the kitchen table with friends, a summer BBQ on the beach or an all-important wedding.

Wherever possible we like to source our ingredients locally. This means our food changes constantly and we only use ingredients when they are in season and at their best. At home we grow edible flowers to decorate canapé trays. We make our own sauces, dips and pates for our shop. Everything is done by hand in small batches and by people who are passionate about what they do. Our Fee's Food meals are made with the same ingredients and care that we use throughout the business. There are no shortcuts or compromises, just good, honest and sustainable food.

Our values have not changed for 20 years and are deep-rooted to the core of our business. We wholeheartedly believe in producing wholesome natural food that has been caught, reared or grown with respect for nature. We only use real ingredients that you would expect to find at home and you can rest assured that these principles will never change.
