Chimichurri Bavette Steak

Approx 1kg, will serve 4-6 people.

Cooking instructions: 

Take the steak out of the fridge in advance and let it come up to room temperature. Over a very hot barbecue, or griddle pan, cook the steak on one side for 4-5 minutes. Flip it over and cook for a further 4-5 minutes. Remove from the grill and allow it to rest for 10 minutes before carving. This should be eaten on the rare side of medium rare. Delicious with a pot of our aioli.

Marinade: Parsley, garlic, red chilli, oregano, pomace oil, red wine vinegar (sulphites)
