Smoked Haddock Gratin

Delicious with a tomato salad drizzled in a good olive oil and finished with sea salt.

  • Undyed smoked haddock fillet (fish) (30%), water, sweet potato (21%), spinach (8%), plain flour (wheat), butter (milk), bread crumbs (wheat), double cream (milk), white wine vinegar (sulphur dioxide), fresh parsley, English mustard, black pepper.

  • SERVES 2 COOKING INSTRUCTIONS DEFROSTED: Remove lid, cook in a preheated oven 200C/gas mark 6 for 25 mins, until golden and hot through. COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FROZEN: Remove lid, cook in a preheated oven, 180C/gas mark 4, 55 mins, untiul golden and hot through.
