Lockdown Pie No. 6... Locally sourced pollock from our friend George Cleave. Poached in a creamy white sauce with tender leeks, spinach, capers and lemon. Topped with a gnarly herb mash (not pictured, see instagram for true likeness).
£1 from each pie sold will be donated to the Wadebridge Food Bank.
We take a £5 deposit for the enamel dish which you can either choose to keep or return to us for your deposit back. The deposit is included in the price.
