Pollock pie with lemon, capers & dill - Wed 17th Feb
Lockdown Pie No. 6... Locally sourced pollock from our friend George Cleave. Poached in a creamy white sauce with spinach, lemon, capers and dill. Topped with golden puff pastry.
£1 from each pie sold will be donated to the Wadebridge Food Bank.
We take a £5 deposit for the enamel dish which you can either choose to keep or return to us for your deposit back. The deposit is included in the price.
Collection only, between 4-5pm from our shop.
