A high quality Macon. Macon is a village in the Southern part of Burgundy, known for delicious yellow-fruited easy-going whites. This has the delicious yellow fruit but also a good kick of fresh acidity and a salty tang positively sings for quality seafood.

Le Grappin is a high quality micro-producer in Burgundy. These were the first guys to coin the term 'Bagnum' for their 150cl pouches and early proponents of high quality bag-in-box wines and also kegged wines to be served from taps like beer. We admire their drive to be at the forefront of the ethical conversation about wine, their approach to packaging cuts cost and dramatically reduces their environmental impact making these some of the most environmentally friendly and good value wines available anywhere. Even better the wines stays fresh at least two weeks after opening so you can keep a bagnum of each wine open in the fridge at all times!
