  • COOKING INSTRUCTIONS DEFROSTED: Cook lid on in a preheated oven 180C/gas mark 4 for 30 mins, until hot through. COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FROZEN: Cook lid on in preheated oven, 180C/gas mark 4, for approx 50 mins, until hot through.
