A deliciously light, fluffy and aromatic authentic panettone, handmade in small batches by a family bakery. Celebrate this Christmas with Seggiano's artisan Italian Christmas panettone, naturally leavened with a 40 year old mother yeast and proved and baked over 36 hours. It's sweetened with local acacia honey and flavoured with natural citrus, real vanilla and candied fruit peels, and made entirely without industrial additives, baking agents or preservatives.

Wheat flour, raisins, candied orange peel (Italian orange peel, caster sugar, glucose, natural vanilla extract), butter (milk), caster sugar, water, organic egg yolk, candied lemon peel (Italian lemon peel, caster sugar, glucose, natural vanilla extract), Italian acacia honey, orange zest, sea salt, barley malt.
